At Arman Driving School, we strive to provide high-quality driving lessons and services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for all our students.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds are only applicable for unused lesson packages or services.
- Once a lesson has been taken, it cannot be refunded.
- Any promotional or discounted packages are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
- Missed lessons without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for a refund:
- Completed driving lessons
- Online driver education courses once accessed
- Administrative fees (if applicable)
